Our model of operation was developed from 30 years of experience working in the Construction Industry with the difference between ‘productivity’ and ‘effective productivity’.
On a Project Management level, one of the projects we managed was a job isolated from corporate offices; a precast, multiple building erection project, that demanded a high level of communication, teamwork, self-sufficiency, and, coordination of union workforce, out-sourced engineering and diverse management factions. We implemented our model of operation to apply practical experience to the challenges of this isolated, demanding work environment. We emphasized collaboration on all levels and incorporated a system of communication and documentation that was critical to forward progress of the project. The project, hampered by numerous shortfalls between design and build outs, finished within the scheduled critical path.On a Corporate level, we tailored our model of operation to fit a progressive and growing sand and gravel, mobile crushing company. The StreamingSuccess® Model went into effect at a time when market volumes and pricing dropped significantly. Our model knitted together employee real-time-decision making corporate wide, concurrent with project management scheduling and tracking techniques. Additionally, we developed a real-time model that simulated, in advance, cash flow from incurred production costs to bank deposit profit. The result was an omni-directional communication and activity flow that lowered costs, supported self-direction and facilitated the work-at-hand.
